This Privacy Policy explains how FITNESS & AQUATIC CENTER LLC (“Fitaqua”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares and protects your personal information when you visit fitaqua.shop or buy from us. Information we collect
- Order & account data: name, shipping and billing address, email, phone, and order history.
- Payment data: processed directly by our payment providers (Stripe and PayPal). We do not store full card numbers.
- Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, and cookie / analytics identifiers.
- Communications: messages you send us via forms or email.
How and why we use it
- To process and ship your orders and provide customer support (performance of a contract).
- To prevent fraud and keep the store secure (legitimate interests).

We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfil orders and meet legal, tax and accounting requirements (generally up to 7 years). Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe. Support messages are kept for up to 3 years.
