Where we ship

We ship worldwide from our facility in Okeechobee, Florida, USA. A small number of destinations may be unavailable due to carrier or customs restrictions; if we can't ship to you, we'll refund your order in full.

Costs & free shipping

• Orders $80 USD and over: free standard shipping.
• Orders under $80: a flat shipping rate is calculated at checkout based on destination.
• All prices are in USD.

Processing & delivery times

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
• United States: approximately 3–7 business days after dispatch.
• Canada & Europe: approximately 7–14 business days.
• Rest of world: approximately 10–21 business days.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary with carrier and customs processing.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. If your tracking hasn't updated within 5 business days, contact us at support@fitaqua.shop.

Customs, duties & taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees levied by the destination country. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Lost or delayed parcels

If a parcel is significantly delayed, lost or arrives damaged, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it — including a replacement or refund where appropriate.
