Not quite right? Here's how returns work, plus a few hygiene rules for personal swim items.
14-day returns on unopened items
You can return most items within 14 days of delivery for a refund, provided they are unused and in their original, unopened packaging.
Hygiene exclusions
For health and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned once opened or used: swim caps, earplugs, nose clips, goggles and any other personal items worn against the body. This does not affect your rights in respect of faulty or misdescribed goods.
How to start a return
- Email support@fitaqua.shop with your order number and the items you'd like to return.
- We'll reply with return instructions and a return address.
- Ship the items back in their original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product.
Damaged, faulty or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, or we sent the wrong item, contact us within 14 days and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange (for example, a different shoe size) is to return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order.
